PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payment by all major credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. For our bank account details please contact us at contact@anahataconsciousliving.com. Please note that any additional bank transaction charges, such as transfer or foreign exchange fees, are your responsibility. Please also be sure to identify your transfer with your name, the date and the retreat or training for which you are registering.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

In order to secure your place on Anahata Conscious Living retreat or Teacher Training, you are required to pay a $555 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit within three business days after receiving confirmation of your acceptance.

It is important that you confirm your spot with us before booking your travel arrangements.​

EARLY BIRD PRICING

​To be eligible for the early-bird discount, the balance payment is due 3 months prior to the event. If the balance is not paid by the early-bird deadline, the regular pricing applies.

FINAL PAYMENT

In all cases, full payment for the retreat or Teacher Training must be received no later than 14 days before the start date to hold your spot. In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In the month leading up to the final payment date, you will receive multiple reminders to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds or transfers of payments after the above deadline due to the fact that we are required to make venue payments that are no longer refundable after this time.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or Teacher Training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel your reservation with Anahata Conscious Living Retreat or Teacher Training, please inform us as soon as possible. Anahata Conscious Living does not offer refunds. If you cancel your reservation altogether any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat centers, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical. If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat, and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

YOU MUST PURCHASE  TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

If Anahata Conscious Living must cancel or postpone a scheduled retreat or teacher training date for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or training.​

Anahata Conscious Living is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal injuries or emergencies. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

There is no cancellation nor refund for any reason including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat, and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

​We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program i.e. Teacher Training and Retreats if their behavior is disruptive if they fail to maintain 100% attendance if they fail to be respectful and on time or lack the skills necessary for participation in the teacher training and retreats. Incomplete or inaccurate information on the application may result in dismissal from the program. In the event of dismissal, any refunds of tuition will be at the sole discretion of Anahata Conscious Living. No refunds will be made for travel, meal or accommodation packages booked.
